Just an Idea Productions is an entertainment production company started by two best friends Jaron and Jacob in 2019. 

Filmmaker Aaron Joachim was brought in as company CFO in 2019 due to his passion, friendship and legal experience

 

Creating and releasing 5 projects so far, Jaron Herren's Stranger was a breakout for Just an Idea in 2021 going to over 22 festivals, winning multiple awards in many different countries. Pocket Knife by Jacob Cunningham also getting acclaim and being nominated for awards.

Just an Idea produced early short films but found big success in 2022 with having short drama 'Bereaved' at Festival De Cannes.

With a Live Music Video for local Perth band "South Summit" Just an idea broke even more ground creatively. There are 3 short films currently in post-production, 2 short films in pre production, and the companies first Feature Film in pre production.
